Do I need to book in advance, or can I walk in?
We highly recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot, therapist, and treatment. However, we do accept walk-ins based on availability. To avoid disappointment, especially on weekends or holidays, it’s best to reserve ahead.
How early should I arrive for my appointment?
We suggest arriving at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows you time to relax, sip on herbal tea, complete a brief consultation form, and transition calmly into your session.
Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
Yes, Guests may request rescheduling of appointments, however confirmation is subject to availability. All spa therapies and salon services may be re- scheduled by calling the spa service desk. In case of cancellation guests are requested to please inform the spa desk at least 4 hours in advance. In case of no shows we will be holding your appointment for 30 minutes before releasing.
Do you offer bridal and groom spa services?
Yes, our Bridal & Groom Care sessions are curated to relax, rejuvenate, and prepare you for your big day. From skin treatments to de-stress rituals, we offer complete pre-wedding wellness experiences.
