Appointments & Cancellations

• Advance booking is recommended to secure your preferred time and service.

• Guests may request rescheduling of appointments, however confirmation is subject to availability.

• All spa therapies and salon services may be re- scheduled by calling the spa service desk.

• In case of cancellation guests are requested to please inform the spa desk at least 4 hours in advance.

• In case of no shows we will be holding your appointment for 30 minutes before releasing.

Payment Policy

• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payment methods.

• Full payment must be made at the time of service.

• All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Health & Wellness

• SPAROH personnel will not be responsible for any unforeseen allergy or allergic reaction resultant of an ingredient used during a therapy.

• Our therapists reserve the right to modify treatments for your safety and comfort.

• Sparoh Spa is not liable for any conditions that may arise if health information is withheld.

Conduct

• We maintain a professional environment and expect respectful behavior from all guests.

• Any inappropriate behavior or misconduct will result in immediate termination of service.

• Sparoh Spa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone violating our policies.

• Needless to say, all therapies are delivered by exemplarily well-trained experts and all ingredients used are of the highest quality.
